01Agreement to Use

• This User Agreement applies to your use of this mobile photo and video cleaning service.
• By using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
• If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the service.

02Purpose of the Service

• The service is designed to help users review, organize, and clean photos and videos stored on their devices.
• Features may include duplicate detection, similar photo grouping, large file review, screenshot cleanup, video management, and storage optimization.
• The service provides cleaning suggestions, but you remain responsible for all final actions.

03Permission-Based Access

• The service may request access to your photo library to scan and display media files for cleanup.
• You may choose full photo access, limited photo access, or no access through your device settings.
• Without necessary permissions, certain cleaning or organization features may be unavailable.

04User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for selecting, deleting, restoring, exporting, or modifying any photos or videos.
• Before confirming deletion or cleanup, you should carefully review the selected items.
• We recommend backing up important media before using any cleanup feature.

05Content Ownership

• All photos, videos, albums, and related files remain owned by you.
• We do not claim any ownership rights over your media content.
• You must not use the service to process or distribute content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

06Paid Features

• Some advanced features may require payment, subscription, or in-app purchase.
• Pricing, renewal terms, trial periods, and cancellation rules will be displayed before purchase.
• Purchases made through iOS are processed by Apple and managed through your Apple ID settings.

07Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the normal operation or security of the service.
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit the service without authorization.
• Use automated tools to access, scrape, or overload the service.

08Availability and Changes

• We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
• We do not guarantee that all features will remain available at all times.
• Updates may be required for security, compatibility, performance, or legal reasons.

09No Data Recovery Guarantee

• The service may assist with cleanup decisions, but it does not guarantee recovery of deleted files.
• Deleted files may be permanently lost depending on your device settings, operating system, and backup status.
• We are not responsible for loss of media resulting from user-confirmed actions.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

• The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every user expectation.
• Storage estimates, duplicate detection, and cleanup suggestions may not always be exact.

11Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pictures Organize will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

12Updates to This Agreement

• We may revise this User Agreement when necessary.
• Updated terms will be made available in the service or through other reasonable means.
• Continued use after updates means you accept the revised agreement.
