• If you do not agree, you should stop using the product.

02Services

• This product helps users organize, manage, search, clean, delete, categorize, and review photos and videos.
• Some features require access to your device photo library or storage permissions.
• You may change or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings.

03User content

• You retain ownership of your photos, videos, albums, and related content.
• We do not claim ownership of your content.
• You are responsible for the content you manage, edit, delete, or share through the product.

04Photo library access

• Photo library access is requested only to provide photo management features.
• Depending on your device settings, you may grant full access or limited access.
• If access is limited or revoked, some features may not work properly.

05Deletion and modification

• The product may allow you to delete, move, edit, compress, or organize photos and videos.
• You are responsible for reviewing your selections before confirming any action.
• We are not responsible for accidental deletion, loss, or modification caused by your use of the product.
• You should back up important photos and videos before using deletion or cleanup features.

06Purchases and subscriptions

• Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple.
• Subscription terms, pricing, trial periods, and renewal details will be shown before purchase.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the product for illegal, harmful, or infringing purposes;
• interfere with the security or operation of the product;
• reverse engineer, modify, copy, resell, or misuse the product; or
• manage or share content that violates the rights of others.

• You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, lawful purposes.

09Disclaimer

• We do not guarantee that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss.

10Limitation of liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in the previous 12 months.
