Trust Notice

01Overview

• This notice explains how the provider collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use Pictures Organize.
• We collect only the information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the product.

02Information we may collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Photo library data: photos, videos, albums, media type, file size, creation date, and related metadata used to organize albums, identify duplicate or similar media, search content, and provide cleanup features.
• Device and app data: device model, operating system version, language, region, app version, and performance information.
• Usage data: feature usage, settings, preferences, and interaction events.
• Diagnostics: crash logs, error reports, and performance data.
• Purchase data: subscription status and purchase verification information provided by Apple.

03How we use information

We use information to:

• provide photo organization, cleanup, search, and album management features;
• detect duplicate, similar, blurry, or large media files;
• save user preferences;
• improve product performance and reliability;
• process subscriptions and verify purchases;
• fix bugs, analyze crashes, and provide support; and
• comply with legal obligations.

04Photo processing

• Where possible, photo analysis is performed on your device.
• We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers unless a specific cloud, backup, sync, sharing, or support feature requires it and you choose to use that feature.
• We do not use your photos or videos for advertising.

05Permissions

• Photo library permission is requested only when necessary for product features.
• You may grant full access, limited access, or deny access.
• You may change permissions at any time in your device settings.

06Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• service providers that help with analytics, crash reporting, cloud services, customer support, or infrastructure;
• Apple for payment processing and subscription management; and
• authorities or third parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

07Tracking and advertising

• We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies unless legally required consent is obtained.
• If tracking is used, we will request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.
• We do not use photo library content for third-party advertising.

08Data retention

• We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
• Photos and videos stored locally remain under your control.
• You may request deletion of account-related data, if applicable, through the official support channel displayed inside the app or on its official app-store listing.

09Security

• We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information.
• No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
• You should keep backups of important photos and videos.

10Children's privacy

• The product is not intended for children under 13 or the minimum age required by applicable law.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent.

11Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• access, correct, or delete your personal information;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• withdraw consent where applicable; or
• request a copy of your information.
